Store these seeds in a cool, dry place if not planting right away. It is recommend to plant them right away, the longer they are stored, the lower the germination rates will be.

All dragon seeds germinated! Yippee!
I gently dug around the soil to unveil these black dragon coleus babies this morning! I accidently buried the seeds instead of just sprinkling on top so I wanted to help get them closer to being out of the soil so they can grow. This is 6 days after planting.
I woke up this morning to several first sprouts today and am so excited!! It’s been so fun getting these started. The little planting guide that comes with it is beyond the best I’ve seen in seed packets. Can’t wait for to watch them grow.
Nearly every seed has germinated. I still have many of them for that reason. People really seem to love this plant, myself included!
I used a cheap germination kit for these and they all germinated beautifully! There are a couple runts but all are growing and have been potted now. They were babies in the photo, but have gained more of the beautiful dark coloring since then. Great seeds!!

how difficult are these seeds to grow?
Houseplant seeds are generally trickier to grow than your more common garden seed varieties- they require a specific setup and more time to sprout. You can find the difficulty for each seed variety specified under the "about the seeds" tab on each product page.
